These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NOVYRA Agency website (novyraagency.com), as well as any applications, communications, and creator support services we provide. By accessing our website or submitting an application to join NOVYRA Agency, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.
NOVYRA Agency is an official TikTok LIVE partner agency based in Sweden (European Union). We support creators on the TikTok LIVE platform through structured coaching, performance-based incentives, and operational guidance. Joining NOVYRA is entirely free of charge—we do not collect membership fees or take a share of your earnings. As an official partner agency, NOVYRA is compensated directly by TikTok, ensuring our interests remain aligned with your growth.
To join NOVYRA Agency, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and maintain an active TikTok account in good standing. You must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and LIVE-specific policies at all times. NOVYRA reserves the right to decline any application or discontinue a creator relationship at its discretion, including if eligibility requirements are no longer met.
Applications to NOVYRA Agency are submitted through TikTok's official partner application system. There are no fees, contracts, or financial obligations required to apply or maintain membership. Upon acceptance, creators undergo a structured onboarding process covering goals, scheduling, content guidelines, and production fundamentals. Membership does not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, or platform privileges.
As a NOVYRA creator, you agree to comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines, LIVE policies, and all applicable platform rules. You are expected to maintain professional conduct during streams, uphold content standards aligned with platform safety requirements, and engage with your audience respectfully. Violation of platform rules, harmful behaviour, or conduct that jeopardises the agency's standing may result in removal from the programme.
NOVYRA's bonus structures are indicative and performance-based. Bonus amounts, tiers, and qualification criteria are based on the TikTok partner programme framework and may be adjusted as programme conditions evolve. Bonuses are paid by NOVYRA Agency, with payouts issued between the 9th and the 15th of each month at the latest. While we strive to keep published bonus information accurate, all figures are subject to updates and should be treated as guidance rather than guaranteed commitments.
NOVYRA provides coaching, training resources, and strategic guidance to support your development as a TikTok LIVE creator. This may include replay-based feedback, performance reviews, content strategy sessions, and operational advice. Creators are expected to participate in coaching in good faith and to apply guidance constructively. Training does not guarantee specific performance improvements or earnings outcomes.
Our primary support channels are email (contact@novyraagency.com) and TikTok messaging. We aim to respond to inquiries within 48 hours during business days, though response times may vary depending on volume and urgency. Serious escalations are prioritised and routed through partner-aware processes. Creators are encouraged to use designated support channels for the fastest resolution.
Creators may leave NOVYRA Agency at any time by notifying us through official channels. NOVYRA may also end a creator relationship if a creator becomes inactive, violates these Terms, breaches TikTok's policies, or engages in conduct that damages the agency's reputation or operations. Upon termination, any pending platform-level processes (such as bonus qualification periods) will follow TikTok's standard procedures.
All NOVYRA Agency branding, logos, website content, training materials, and proprietary resources remain the exclusive property of NOVYRA Agency. Creators retain full ownership of their own original content, streams, and creative work. You may not use NOVYRA's branding or materials for purposes unrelated to your membership without prior written consent.
NOVYRA Agency serves as a facilitator between creators and the TikTok platform. We do not control TikTok's platform operations, algorithms, payment systems, or enforcement decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NOVYRA Agency shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, reliance on published information, or any actions taken by TikTok or other third parties. Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your country of residence.
NOVYRA Agency reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced on our website, and material changes may be communicated via email to active creators. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
