Is there a contract?
There is no fixed-term agency contract or minimum commitment. Website and creator services remain subject to NOVYRA’s published terms, and your account stays yours.
Does joining cost anything?
No. Applying, onboarding and membership are free. NOVYRA does not take a share of your LIVE earnings. If anyone asks you to pay NOVYRA to join, please report it.
How does Novyra earn revenue?
NOVYRA is compensated through TikTok’s official partner programme—not through creator membership fees or a cut of creator LIVE revenue.
Who owns my TikTok account?
You do. NOVYRA never asks for your password or takes ownership of your account. You retain control of your content, schedule and channel decisions.
Are there streaming targets?
NOVYRA may agree growth markers and coaching goals with you, but the focus is useful structure—not arbitrary quotas.
Can I leave Novyra anytime?
Yes. You can leave without an exit fee or penalty. We will explain the relevant TikTok partner-programme steps so the transition is clear.

TikTok events?
As an official TikTok LIVE partner agency, we sometimes get visibility into partner events, campaigns, and programme opportunities. Not every creator qualifies for every event — we route invites based on fit, activity, and TikTok's criteria.

I'm already making money — do I still need an agency?
Many creators are already earning before joining. NOVYRA adds management, coaching, support and relevant opportunities; the mobile app is a separate product currently in development.
Ban or restriction help?
If you're restricted or banned by mistake, we help you appeal through TikTok's official channels with partner-aware context and realistic timelines. We don't sell instant-unban services — we follow the proper review path.

Requirements vary by programme lane and current roster capacity. The member page outlines what we look for at intake — we care about LIVE trajectory and room quality as much as raw follower counts.
Can I stay with my content style?
Yes. We don't force you into a single persona. Coaching sharpens what already works for you — pacing, retention, monetisation — not cloning someone else's show.
How do I join?
Start on our Become a Member page. Membership is invite-only and reviewed — you'll submit your details, we assess fit, and onboarding runs through TikTok's official partner path if accepted.
What happens after I join?
Early weeks focus on onboarding, your goals and clear priorities. Eligible creators can receive management, training resources, TikFinity perks and relevant platform guidance. The NOVYRA mobile app is coming later.
